How does the free trial work?

Every plan includes a 3-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You'll have full access to all features in your chosen plan. If you don't subscribe before the trial ends, your account will be paused.

Can I change plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. All plans are billed monthly or annually with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation to allow for account recovery. After that, it is permanently deleted. You can request earlier deletion by contacting support.

Do you offer refunds?

We don't offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. However, if you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution.
